Keeping with the spirit of CrossFit, our youth programs are for kids of all abilities – from serious competitors, to those who have yet to hit their athletic stride.  CrossFit West Marietta’s Youth General Preparedness Program will improve your child’s athletic conditioning while boosting self-confidence, focus, strength, and coordination. The skill, conditioning, and recovery your young athlete learns will help your child excel in a given sport.
