What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to increase their level of health and physical wellbeing. To achieve these goals, CrossFit focuses on ten domains of fitness: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
CrossFit is skill, it is empowerment, is is feeling good, and learning how to add to the other things you do in your life. CrossFit is a workout program or a sport depending on what you want to do with it. It will teach you athletic skills that you never thought you could or would do. It is a process of getting fit that does not occur in 2 days but can be performed on the 1st day of CrossFit.
CrossFit West Marietta is unique in a way that our smaller environment and background and knowledge of our coaches allows for any type of adaptations, modifications, advanced sport programming or specific programing and goal setting.
