CrossFit West Marietta Barbell Club

We focus on teaching three Olympic lifting movements (snatch, clean and jerk) in a manner accessible to all skill levels. Under the guidance of a USAW certified sports performance coach, you will learn these lifts and increase your strength, efficiency, and proficiency in these movements. Whether you’re interested in competing in USAW sanctioned meets or just trying to get better in your lifting WODs, we have all the equipment necessary to teach these movements and help you develop as a lifter. CrossFit West Marietta Barbell Club welcomes you!
