How to make the most and enjoy CrossFit

1. Take your time

Take your time and be kind to yourself and your expectations. CrossFit is a journey at your own pace and not the pace of others.

2. It's okay to not like everything

There are 1001 CrossFit exercises so it's okay if you don't like some of them. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't continue to try those that you don't like. You only get better at the ones that are challenging. 

3. Be prepared

Come to class on time and give yourself time to warm up before your workouts. Your warm ups will be your 1st level of CrossFit knowledge because they are so critically important.

4. Get to know your fellow CrossFitters

CrossFit is a tight knit community. Your fellow CrossFitters will carry you on those days that you just don't think you can do it. Get to know one another.

5. Ask Questions

Ask your coaches questions. Your coaches are not only available to you on the gym floor. They will assist you in your goals, questions and your CrossFit journey.
