So what is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to increase their level of health and physical well being. To achieve these goals, CrossFit focuses on ten domains of fitness: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We are also a family that joins together to work out, sweat, cheer, cry, get mad and just simply enjoy CrossFitting.
